Jersey Paddleboards — Greenwood Lake, NY Sunday, July 28th

Paddle out at sunset over Greenwood Lake.
This class is great for all levels, no experience needed.
We will cover the basics of paddling will lead you in gentle yoga, stretches, relaxation, and meditation with plenty of free time for play and exploration to explore fun and challenging yoga poses on the paddle board.
All equipment is provided.

Pre-registration is required and classes are weather-permitting.
Bring a towel and dry clothes to keep in your car.
We will hold your keys in a safe box.
Shoes will be left at the beach and not worn during your paddle.

April completed her 200 hour teacher training with The Body Art Barn. She fell in love with yoga after her daughter, Lexie, became a yoga teacher and April attended her classes. April's love of yoga was so strong that she expanded it to become a Sound Bath Practitioner and SUP Yoga teacher.
Through her studies with sound healing, April believes that sound has therapeutic effects and thus incorporates this in her yoga teachings. In her classes, you will always hear some kind of instrument, from crystal bowls to koshi chimes.
When not working, having mom duties, or teaching yoga, April volunteers her time as an EMT and Firefighter in our beautiful town of Greenwood Lake.

Cancelation Policy
- Your account must have class credits or an active membership in order to register for a class online.
- Class credits are deducted from your account immediately upon registration, and won't be available for use in person.
- If you register with class credits and cancel your registration more than 4 hours before class you will receive your class credit back.
- If you register with class credits and cancel your registration less than 4 hours before class you will NOT receive your class credit back.
- If you have an unlimited membership, and do not show up or cancel less than 4 hours before class you will be assessed a $5 cancelation fee or lose a day of your membership (unlikely, and at the discretion of Greenwood Lake Yoga management).
- Cancelation fees may be automatically drafted from your card on file (unlikely, and at the discretion of Greenwood Lake Yoga management).
- If you are not checked in 5 minutes before class, your space may be given away to drop in customers waiting for room.
