Pranayama, derived from the term “prana,” refers to the vital energy that circulates within the body through the “nadis,” or energy pathways. When you experience challenges in life, it often indicates a disconnection or misalignment. This class is specifically designed to help restore balance and alignment in your life.
Throughout this session, you will enhance your breath control, cultivate energy within each of your chakras"your body's energy centers"and activate your pineal gland to help manifest your aspirations. I have personally experienced significant benefits from this practice, and I am eager to share it with you.
The class will be structured into four components:
1. Solfeggio Music: The practice will be accompanied by harmonious Solfeggio music.
2. Chanting: Engaging in vocal expressions to deepen the experience.
3. Breathing Patterns: We will explore four distinct breathing techniques, beginning with the root chakra"the lowest energy center. Gradually, we will ascend through the chakras, utilizing specific breathing patterns to stimulate the sympathetic nervous system, elevate heart rates, promote heart resonance, and subsequently calm the parasympathetic nervous system.
4. Guided Visualization: The session will conclude with a focused guided visualization aimed at activating the pineal gland, inviting our desires related to relationships, wealth, health, and spirituality.
Please bring a small notebook to document your experiences and insights, which will also be beneficial for sharing in future classes.

- Your account must have class credits or an active membership in order to register for a class online.
- Class credits are deducted from your account immediately upon registration, and won't be available for use in person.
- If you register with class credits and cancel your registration more than 2 hours before class you will receive your class credit back.
- If you register with class credits and cancel your registration less than 2 hours before class you will NOT receive your class credit back.
- If you have an unlimited membership, and do not show up or cancel less than 2 hours before class you will be assessed a $5 cancelation fee or lose a day of your membership (unlikely, and at the discretion of Greenwood Lake Yoga management).
- Cancelation fees may be automatically drafted from your card on file (unlikely, and at the discretion of Greenwood Lake Yoga management).
- If you are not checked in 5 minutes before class, your space may be given away to drop in customers waiting for room.
